A rare positive experience in healthcare!
I booked an appointment here even though it was out of network because Dr. Khan could see me months before anyone else. I paid $400 out of pocket for the visit only to find out that because I was out of network and on WA medicaid/molina Dr. Khan wasn't legally allowed to prescribe me any medication. Not only was I refunded my money BUT Dr.Khan managed to get me enough samples of my critical drug to last me to my next in-network appointment. Dr. Khan and her staff went above and beyond to help me out without any financial incentive and I wasn't even a patient.
If you want a doctor that clearly cares about people I highly recommend Dr. Khan and if possible I know I will be changing my insurance so I can visit her more rotuinely.
ABSOLUTELY the very best care. The whole staff exceeded my expectations in customer service! Dr Kahn is compassionate and empathetic. She understands our pain and discomfort. She listens!! Together you work up a plan to deal with your issues! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
So pleased to have found Dr. Khan. Her practice is conveniently located, and she and her staff are welcoming and helpful. Dr. Khan is always willing to answer questions, and my visits with her never feel rushed.

I met with Dr. Uzma Khan and her team today, and I left feeling hopeful and encouraged. I recently became a patient of Dr. Khan, following the unexpected closure of my former RA doctor's practice. The staff is warm & welcoming, and the waiting room is very comfortable. Dr. Khan and I discussed my health issues in depth, and I appreciated the fact that she took the time to really delve in to who I am and the different ailments that I suffer with. All of the staff was supportive and helpful. She also offers telehealth - which is great for me as I live just under 100 miles away. At the beginning of our journey, I feel hopeful and encouraged. I'm thankful for having found her and getting in quickly - which is a rare thing in my experience.
Dr. Khan and her office staff were absolutely exceptional. Every single lady I saw in that office was extremely kind and compassionate, and it was an extremely welcoming environment. HIGHLY recommend this office, especially for anyone suspecting they may have hEDS, as Dr. Khan is the ONLY rheumatologist is Vancouver that I have found that will test for, diagnose, or treat hEDS.
I was having trouble finding the building, as this was my first visit. I called and they were kind enough to give me specific directions and stay on the phone until I arrived… 20 minutes AFTER my appointment time. I was not at all expecting them to still have the time to see me, but they did! I was diagnosed with not one, but two conditions, and we came up with a plan of action. I'm so thankful I've found this office!
I am very grateful to have found Dr. Khan as she genuinely seems interested in improving my overall condition and quality of life. She understands that pain can be a very real thing and is always ready to work through any discomforts together. Dr. Khan and all of the office staff have all exceeded any of my expectations by promoting a positive, kind and inviting environment.
