THE STORY BEHIND THE NAME
A.K. are the initials of my father's name, Anwar Ahmed Khan.
My Father was born and raised in India and was a professional Field Hockey player. Migrating to Pakistan in early 1950's, he joined the National Hockey Team and brought Pakistan its first Gold medal at the 1960 Rome Olympics. He was a big advocate of education and his legacy gives me the courage to be the best human and physician that I can be.
